Mathematics of Chia

This textbook explains the mathematics needed to understand the Chia blockchain. It starts from first principles and builds toward the structures used in proof of space, proof of time, finite fields, elliptic curves, BLS signatures, and verifiable delay functions.

The intended reader is a motivated programmer who wants clear definitions, worked examples, and a careful bridge from mathematical ideas to Chia protocol concepts.

The chapter files are intentionally small at this stage. Content will be added gradually so the structure stays easy to review and build.
